Dionaea muscipula (Venus Flytrap)

Venus flytraps, also known as Venus flytraps, are unique plants native to the marshes and bogs of the eastern United States. They are distinguished by their jaw-shaped leaves that close quickly to capture insects. Once trapped, the insects are digested and the nutrients are absorbed by the plant.
