1 Place an order and payment

3 Delivery, Shipping, Pick-up point
Orders are processed in order of arrival, meaning the oldest orders are processed first, there may be additional processing time. To ensure the health and quality of carnivorous plants, orders are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The delivery time depends on the delivery address, but it generally takes between 2 and 5 working days after validation of the order.
We ship our carnivorous plants throughout mainland France and the European Union, including Switzerland. Please note that there may be additional delays for shipments to Switzerland due to CITES-related procedures, depending on Swiss health services. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery address.
We do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address and weather conditions . We will notify you of any changes to your order or delivery by email.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide to us is correct and complete with a contact number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
Responsibility in the event of omissions at relay points: We are setting up a delivery service to relay points to facilitate the receipt of our carnivorous plants. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any omissions or problems relating to the collection of your order from a collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order is collected in a timely manner and to respect the opening hours of the relay point.
We package all of our carnivorous plants carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

4 Return, exchange and refund
Due to the nature of our carnivorous plants, which are likely to deteriorate quickly, we do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
We take every step to ensure that our carnivorous plants arrive at your home in perfect condition, but we understand that problems can sometimes arise during transport.
If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to find a solution.
