  • What are the delivery times? (Metropolitan France & Europe)

To ensure the health and quality of carnivorous plants, orders are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excluding public holidays, subject to favorable weather conditions for shipping, to avoid them getting stuck in sorting centers over the weekend.

Delivery time depends on the shipping address, but usually takes 3 business days after the order is processed.
During periods of high heat, orders may be delayed. You will be notified by email.

  • What is a pre-order carnivorous plant?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a rare or limited edition carnivorous plant before it becomes available on our online store. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that your plant arrives as soon as it is ready, without the risk of it being sold out.

How do I place a pre-order?

Simply add the pre-ordered carnivorous plant to your cart and complete your purchase as you would any other item. Payment will be processed at the time of ordering.

When will I receive my pre-ordered carnivorous plant?

The estimated delivery date is indicated on the carnivorous plant description page, usually between May and July 2025. You will be notified by email of any updates regarding your pre-order.
  • Do you ship to Switzerland? How long does it take?
Yes, we export to Switzerland with the necessary documents, such as CITES and the Phytosanitary Passport. It takes about 2 weeks for the Swiss Health Services to accept the request before sending the order. Once the authorization is received, the order is processed the same day for shipment within 3 working days in Switzerland. It is a bit long, but it is legal. Orders for Switzerland are made by email to info@carnivoredesologne.com
  • My carnivorous plant arrived in poor condition.

All carnivorous plants are sent in good condition, if you notice any problems with your carnivorous plant upon arrival, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing a photo of the "damaged" carnivorous plant.   • Can I collect my order directly or visit you?
Currently, our "Carnivore de Sologne" shop operates exclusively online. However, we are delighted to share our ambitious plans for the future. We are actively working to offer our customers the possibility of picking up their orders directly or visiting us in the near future.
