• What are the delivery times ? (Metropolitan France & Europe)

To ensure the health and quality of carnivorous plants, orders are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Delivery time depends on the delivery address, but it generally takes 3 working days after the order is processed.

• Do you deliver to Switzerland? How long does it take ?

Yes, we export to Switzerland with the necessary documents, such as CITES and Phytosanitary Passport. It takes approximately 2 weeks for the Swiss Health Services to accept the request before sending the order. Once authorization is received, the order is processed the same day for dispatch within 3 working days in Switzerland. It's a bit long, but it's legal. Orders for Switzerland are made by email to info@carnivoredesologne.com

• My carnivorous plant arrived in poor condition.

All carnivorous plants are sent in good health, if you notice any problems with your carnivorous plant upon arrival we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing a photo of the damaged plant. You can see our article on shipping and packaging carnivorous plants here.

• Can I collect my order directly or visit you?

Currently, our “Carnivore de Sologne” store operates exclusively online. However, we are excited to share our ambitious plans for the future. We are actively working to offer our customers the opportunity to pick up their orders directly or visit us in the near future.
